Alecia's Place is a beautiful, modern, roomy home that will be perfect for you and your family! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath property, located in the popular Gulf Shores subdivision, is centrally located close to stores, restaurants, and the night life of Crystal Beach. The house is just a short drive down to the beach in either a vehicle or a golf cart. Or, just stay home and enjoy a relaxing time on the deck with plenty of furniture and peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Throughout the house you will find gorgeous modern coastal decor, cozy furniture, and plenty of windows for a light, bright feel. The kitchen is fully stocked (regular drip coffee maker) and great for entertaining. There is seating at the granite bar area, as well as a separate dining table that is great for meals or playing games.

With over 1300 square feet, this house sleeps 8 comfortably. Bedroom one features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a full bed, and bedroom three has four twin beds. Smart TVs in are in all bedrooms, and high speed internet is available for streaming or using your own devices.

Downstairs you will find an outdoor sand shower for rinsing off before you enjoy the house. There is also plenty of entertaining room for grilling (charcoal grill provided) or crawfish boils!

Two small dogs (35 pounds or less) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

A gem at Crystal Brach

Such a clean and beautiful house. My family and friends enjoyed our stay. From the details around the house, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and great location, the memories we built during our stay will always be cheerish. Thank you and looking forward to book Alecia's place again!

The Property Owner of Alecia's Place had a Great, homey feel to this location and the open floor area of the living and kitchen space made for a very nice first entry to the facility. Close to the beach and loved the deck area for sitting and listening to the waves. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The couple of things I think needed attention, I sent to Swedes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

No AC. Hot!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival temperature was in the 80s per thermostat. After lowering the temp it went to 79. This was 4 hrs later. We notified Swedes upon arrival and at the 4hr point. Guy came, changed filter and acted like it fine. Stated they don’t want to call AC man due to his charge. We reported all weekend & Sunday , while getting ready to leave AC man came. He tried to fix but upon leaving it was in the 80s. We slept so hot. No cooking, too hot. Miserable. Home BEAUTIFUL ! SWEDES offered half $ back on Monday. We do not consider this fair after hearing from other renters. 1 lady at SWEDES nice , one rude. Spouse became ill, just too hot just being in the house. Really sad as we have rented from them for many years. Mon. Mgr. nice. Hopefully they fixed the AC. Hopefully they return our fee. Vacation was terrible. That’s our only vacation. Time will tell if SWEDES makes it right. Jb

The gliders are great to sit, relax, and enjoy the view. There is a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. I like staying at this property because the house is decorated beautifully and is always clean. It is not a big house but the floor plan is perfect and it sleeps 8 comfortably. It is also not that far from the stores and restaurants.
