In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Moraira" 1.4 km, railway station "Teulada" 6.9 km, ferry "Denia" 24.9 km, sandy beach 1 km. Please note: car recommended. A very pleasant holiday

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Encinas. The house had everything we needed, and its proximity to the town/beach was welcome after several years of staying in properties out of town and up very steep hills.

Fantastisch huis maar verdient aandacht

Voor de eerste keer hebben wij een huis gehuurd in deze prijsklasse en voor het eerst bij Interhome. Wij kwamen in een fantastisch huis in één van de leukste plaatsen aan de Costa Blanca. De eigenaar heeft de keuken gerenoveerd (heel mooi gedaan; nu nog een nieuwe pannenset; met name de koekenpan is ver over datum) maar wij hopen dat er nog meer vernieuwingen gaan plaatsvinden. Het huis verdient dat! De slaapkamers en badkamers vonden wij nogal groezelig en de bedden niet comfortabel.

Absolutely lovely villa with a great pool for families!

We have just returned from our 2 weeks stay at this gorgeous villa. The interior is clean and modern with everything you need. The bathrooms are spacious with great shower facilities. The air con was a welcomed relief after a day in the sun. The exterior isn’t as modernised as the interior but the pool was perfect for us. The pool was extremely clean and cleaned twice whilst we were there. The only thing that could be improved is the sunbed cushions but we put towels on them and they were fine. Absolutely loads of seating outside and a great BBQ area. We had an amazing holiday, we had 3 children with us 14, 7 & 2 and they absolutely loved the pool. I would highly recommend for families. We had a car and I would recommend this as the hill up to the villa is quite steep. It’s a do-able hill just steep! Very close to the centre either by car or walking (just over 10 mins on foot). The communication with interhome has been great. Any queries were answered quickly and helpfully. The pictures in the listing are practically identical to the villa. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

heerlijk vakantiehuis

geheel gerenoveerd vakantiehuis. We komen hier al jaren. Goed contact met interhome. Na de renovatie een klein minpuntje en dat is s'ochtends is het douchen ijskoud, we hebben dit gemeld en er is iemand langsgeweest maar zonder resultaat jammer voor het overige prima huis.

Excelente opción con algunos aspectos mejorables

La casa estupenda. TRes aspectos mejorables: 1) el A/C del salón era muy pequeño para el espacio, 2) el acceso a internet era muy pobre (rayando en inaceptable), 3) deberí ahaber una muda de cama epor si acaso.

Arrived at this villa for a 3 week stay. The villa had been refurbished to a very high standard. We were impressed by the quality of the interior as well as the cleanliness and comfort. It had all the qualities to make our holiday perfect, the pool was brilliant. The A/c and WiFi were welcome luxuries. Also the location was ideal for us. The road up to the villa was bumpy but not the end of the world We will be returning here. Highly recommended

Heerlijk Spaans huis. Service van Interhome perfect. We hebben melding gedaan van wat mankementen binnen een uur was alles opgelost fantastisch. Ligging goed dichtbij centrum. Een aanrader.
