Welcome to your own private suite. We truly believe we have created one of the nicest places to stay in this area. This peaceful place has a private bath/laundry and kitchen with fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee & tea pot and a very comfortable bed.

Cute corner lot of a safe walkable neighborhood. Great location for stores and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and towels thick and clean. Owner very friendly and responsive. Yes I would stay here in the future.

A peaceful location in a good neighborhood. Everything was clean. There did seem to be a small ant problem in the kitchen. I wish there would have been a loveseat instead of a hard wooden chair that had no back support.

Kathy's property is just right for a couple. It's quite and clean with a nice bed and luxurious bathroom. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of restaurants options in the area.

Wonderful place for a couple to stay! The property was very clean, and everything was in perfect working order. The owner was extremely kind and helpful and very gracious. The one thing I would point out is that inside there is one chair and a foldable little tv tray to eat on. Lucky for us the weather was nice and we could eat at the outside patio table. Which was very nice. There are some folding chairs you can bring in, but as we were staying 10 days I went ahead and bought a nice reclining lawn chair for 80 bucks which we left with our daughter we were visiting. The neighborhood is darling, clean and felt very safe. The neighbors we met walking their dogs all were very friendly. We felt VERY COMFORTABLE here. I highly recommend this unit and this owner!!

This cute studio was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, close to train tracks but far enough away that it wasn’t anything but background noise. It had everything we needed for the weekend stay. We adored the artsy knicknacks throughout the space We love to cook at home, so having access to kitchen amenities was fabulous. Their house is the cutest on the block.

Very quiet beautiful accommodation

Had a great stay. Very quiet neighborhood , parking and access to everything. The bathroom is a gorgeous oasis. Kitchen has all you need but dont expect to be cooking 7 vourse meals. Overall excellent would recommend
