A lovely 1500 sq ft home with an open concept so you can enjoy family time. There is also enough space to be private. Our home is newly built with a custom built carport, fence, and desert style landscaping so you enjoy the Southwest. There is a 50” smart TV for your enjoyment as you cool off on the home. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy yourself.

Good location

Upon check in the house looked taken care of but long behold in the master bed is held up by concrete blocks and feels broke. The master bathroom shower curtain ended up be curtains and were super long. Also no washrags in the house in the kitchen or the bathroom. The dirt underneath the master bed well words can describe how bad it was. The same goes for the food and trash under the couch cushions. I had my 1 year old son with me so I rolled the living room rug and placed it to the side so he could move around with his walker needless to say the amount of dirt on the floor was unacceptable. When you have an investment property maintain it properly. Lastly the hot water wouldn’t work from time to time.

Great for sightseeing trip, lacking for a get dirty work trip

The purpose of the trip was to clean up our deceased father’s property,, which is on San Jose Blvd so location was terrific! We made reservations for 7 adults. The supplies were lacking for this many people even though it states that it sleeps 8. We had 3 coffee mugs, fortunately some had brought their yeti. There was one kitchen towel and 1 roll of paper towels. I requested extra roll of paper towels but never received so we bought a roll. We really appreciate having access to the washer and dryer! We were covered with dirt by the end of the day. There are a few hazards such as no handrail on the entry stairs and very scary looking back door steps, in my opinion. We enjoy sitting outside but there were no chairs. There is a yapping dog(s) next door but we were exhausted so not an extreme nuisance. We will see if available next trip.
