This luxurious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 3 master suites, as well as two bunk rooms equipped to sleep up to 16 guests comfortably. Enjoy the gorgeous deck, extended balcony, fire pit, and numerous spots for lounging with your friends!

This luxurious lakeside villa is the perfect getaway spot. Beautiful views of Lake Conroe can be seen from the main living area and three master suites.

Enjoy panoramic lake views whether in the living room, kitchen, in the main bedrooms, on the extended balcony or poolside on the large sun deck.

The home is furnished with luxury contemporary decor, with each room, with its own relaxing, and calming ambience. The main kitchen has high end appliances, complete with coffee bar and perfect for gatherings with family and friends. The open concept living room is complete with modern and comfortable furnishings , a wood burning fireplace, with plenty of room for entertainment.

There are 4 HD TVS, High speed internet (500 mbps!) , game room with a billiards table/ping pong table, pool, sundeck, fire pit, and private boat dock.

The main entertaining area as plenty of seating with beautiful views, opening into a large kitchen. Its fully stocked with the appliances and dinnerware you will need for your family and friends.

All master suites have access to their own bathroom. All bathrooms have beautiful light colored travertine and luxurious towels.

The first master bedroom has a gorgeous king bed with luxurious linens, hardwood flooring and has a beautiful view of Lake Conroe's sunset. The master bath has a jacuzzi soaking tub. The bath is all travertine with a double vanity and walk in closet.

The second master suite located on the second floor has a king bed, lux linens and furnishings with beautiful panoramic views and access to an extended balcony. It has its own adjacent bathroom.

The third master suite is complete with a Queen bed, contemporary furnishings and linen, with three large windows with a gorgeous view of the lake. It has an adjacent jack and jill bathroom.

There are two bunk rooms, the first with a full over full bed and twin trundle, sturdy for children or adults(250lb weight limit full bunks and 200lb weight limit for the trundle) and the second bunk room, perfect for children with two triple bunk beds (165lb/ twin bed).

Plenty of fish to be caught off of the dock, host are happy to give you pointers. Seasonal pool heating to 88 degrees available on request at the price of 50.00/day.

We also have stunning poolside deck with outdoor kitchen, and hot tub. There is also a fire pit, perfect for cool nights and smores.

Outside the villa, there are many things to do in Walden on Lake Conroe with so many amenities available for your enjoyment. Enjoy swimming at Walden's Yacht Club swimming pool with additional kiddie pool and cabana, located on the lakefront with a stunning view of the lake. Enjoy a special dinner at the Yacht Club dining room, a friendly game of tennis at one of the many courts, a few are even covered.

There is also plenty of shopping, antiquing, fine and casual dining nearby. Margaritaville resort, is down the street and Splashtown Waterpark is just 30 minutes away and The Woodlands Marketstreet and Mall are just 20 minutes away.

We do not allow weddings, receptions, or any other events.

No music (outdoor) during quiet hours (10pm - 8am )

No screaming, cursing, loud talking, disruptive noise of any kind during quiet hours (10pm-8am). We do have exterior camera monitoring and indoor decibel sensors. Disturbance of neighbors and noise violations during quiet hours are not tolerated.

Six cars per stay. The property can accommodate 2 average sized vehicles in the garage and 4 averaged sized vehicles in the driveway. Overnight street parking is not permitted. This is the guests responsibility to plan accordingly.

Each of the above policies are strictly enforced by Airbnb. Violations of these policies can result in guests and hosts being delisted from the Airbnb platform.

Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a fee of $50 per night, per person. Airbnb will require us to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 16 guests, even if the guest above number 16 are just stoping by. There are entry and exterior cameras to ensure you are compliant with this policy. This policy is an Airbnb policy who mandates host enforce said policy or be removed from the platform. Airbnb will also remove you as a guest from their platform if you violate this policy. We are unable to negotiate on this.

If you are bringing a boat & trailer - please let us know so I can issue a parking sticker for the trailer at the boat dock.

Pool heating is seasonal at the price of $50.00/day. Please give us advanced notice if you wish for pool heating by the time of check in.

Because our property is on the lake and has a pool, you use and assume your own risk. Guests are responsible for the safety of their families and invitees. There is no onsite staff or lifeguard. The owners/host are not responsible for any injuries to guests. There are inherent dangers in the surrounding area, including but not limited to snakes, spiders, mosquitos, undercurrents, bacteria or debris in the lake, risk of drowning, sudden storms, flash flooding, lightening. We cannot control the weather or water conditions, and we make no guarantees that the lake or the pool will be safe for swimming and recreation. No diving in the lake and the water is shallow with rocks along the bulk head. Access the lake using the ladder entry. Please use common sense and follow all safety guidelines and laws. The guest assumes acknowledgement and understands these dangers upon reservation confirmation and is responsible for protecting themselves and all invitees at all times during their stay.
