Beautiful, very comfortable villa "Stella". In the district of MONTEPEGO, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 8 km from the sea. Private: large, beautiful terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, bus stop 7.4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Das Haus ist bis auf ein paar kleine Makel sehr schön. Es fehlen leider ein Sonnenschutz am Pool und Moskitonetze in den Schlafzimmern. Die Grillecke lädt leider nicht zum grillen ein.

Schönes Ferienhaus, großzügig genug für 3-4 Personen, toller Pool mit zwei Zugängen, sehr tief, nachmittags kein Schatten am Pool, "Wintergarten" schön zum Sitzen und Essen, ein Bad hat direkten Zugang zum Schlafzimmer, beide Bäder sind mit Dusche/ Badewanne ausgestattet, der Ausblick Richtung Meer ist einfach traumhaft

Casa Stella bietet viel Platz, eine ruhige Lage und einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Die Ausstattung ist gut, weist jedoch einige Mängel auf: - in den Schlafzimmern fehlt das Moskitonetz. - keine Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse um den Swimmingpool da es keinen Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn gibt.. -Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse fehlt ebenso für den Carport, wo das Auto tagsüber backt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus trotzdem genossen und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Très bien situer, belle villa , dommage pour le chauffage pas assez puissant par rapport a la température que nous avons eu a notre arrivée .Mais dans l'ensemble nous nous sommes bien plus . Nous pensons a y retourner a la même place peut être pas dans cette villa (dommage ) mais à ( Pégo ) dans les mêmes les conditions avec nos deux enfants et notre chien .Merci a . et a sa collègue D. pour leur accueille chaleureux et leur sourire , merci également pour le petit cadeau Bise a tous

Räumlichkeiten waren wohl seit September 2021 nicht mehr in der Nutzung. Bei Ankunft Haus kalt. Stecker vom WLANROUTER gesucht und wieder rein gesteckt. Zentralheizung vorhanden aber stillgelegt. Heizen nur bedingt durch Aircondition möglich und diese sind laut. Wassereintritt durch die Fenster bei Regen. Wasseraustritt bei der Waschmaschine. Ein scharfes Schälmesser der Rest stumpf. Betten O.K. Da es kalt war brauchten wir extra Decken. Service vor Ort O.K.

Es wäre zu schön gewesen,

wenn die in der Wohnungsbeschreibung aufgeführte Heizung in Betrieb gewesen wäre. Die Klimageräte haben die Wohnung im Heizbetrieb nur mäßig aufgewärmt. Warme Luft will nun Mal nach oben. Das Vorhandensein einer Warmluft-Heizung war ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung, waren wir doch im Januar/Februar in der Villa Stella. Für einen Urlaub In der wärmeren Jahreszeit können wir die Villa empfehlen.

un lugar muy recomendable.

La casa está muy bien, tal y como se ve en las fotos aunque la piscina es mas pequeña de lo que parece. Deberían cambiar el colchon de muelles de una de las habitaciones. Por lo demás la casa están fantastica, amplia, lugar tranquilo, buenas vistas, el wifi funciona muy bien,etc.. Los únicos peros que le podría serían la barbacoa que es gas, funciona regular y nos la encontramos muy sucia. El acceso por carretera es un poco engorroso. Cuando llegamos no había papel higienico en la casa.

Este fin de semana, estuvimos en este alojamiento la primera semana de Junio y no me gustaría recomendarlo, porque nos lo van a quitar de las manos de lo bien que esta. Todo super limpio y en condiciones como si fuera nuestra casa de lo bien equipada, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos, muebles... y la super piscina !!! Una Pasada.!!!. Así que ya sabéis, no os la recomiendo para que no nos la quitéis ja,ja,ja,ja

La ubicación inmejorable, unas vistas preciosas y siendo pleno agosto, corría una brisa fantástica por estar a esa altura. La casa grande, acorde a la ocupación de 4 personas que se establece según la contratación. La terraza acristalada, todo un lujo para disfrutar del exterior, en una zona interior. La limpieza de la casa y todos los objetos que contiene, en un estado impecable. Interhome nos permitió late check-out, lo que hizo que nuestro fin de estancia fuera especial. Para repetir.
