Beautiful, very comfortable villa "Stella". In the district of MONTEPEGO, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 8 km from the sea. Private: large, beautiful terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, bus stop 7.4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Mega Urlaub

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus ist absolut Top. Die Terasse mit Pool sind Top. Die Aussicht ist Mega. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist bis auf ein paar kleine Makel sehr schön. Es fehlen leider ein Sonnenschutz am Pool und Moskitonetze in den Schlafzimmern. Die Grillecke lädt leider nicht zum grillen ein.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Makeln

Leider sieht die Terrasse in Wirklichkeit nicht so einladend aus. Der Grillplatz ist eher eine Aufbewahrungsstätte für alles mögliche, der Tisch mit Panzertape geflickt und die Stühle standen lieblos neben bzw. auf dem Tisch. Desweiteren fehlt es an einem Sonnenschutz, ab 14.00 Uhr findet man keinen Schatten auf der Terasse. Da es in den Schlafzimmern keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern gibt, muss man sich auf einen Kampf mit den Biestern und jeder Menge Stiche einstellen.

Maison avec travaux en face

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette maison où nous recherchions le calme. Résultat 1 semaine de bruits avec disqueuse, marteau piqueur car la maison d’en face est en rénovation complète. Attention plusieurs maisons sont en travaux dans cette rue et l’agence c’est bien gardé de nous le dire… la seule chose qu’ils savent dire c’est on est désolé ! Déjà la 2 eme location chez eux et 2eme souci donc à fuir pour ma part …

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge. Der Pool war groß und sehr schön. In der Dusche sollte man eine Antirutschmatte vorsehen, da es sehr rutschig ist beim duschen. In der Ausschreibung ist eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine aufgeführt, diese existiert nicht mehr, das sollte geändert werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Confusion entre deux 17 mais et une climatisation un fatigué

Très belle maison avec une très belle vue. La Clim pas très facile à utiliser après la maison et très bien située une très belle piscine très agréable

Entspannung pur

Casa Stella bietet viel Platz, eine ruhige Lage und einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Die Ausstattung ist gut, weist jedoch einige Mängel auf: - in den Schlafzimmern fehlt das Moskitonetz. - keine Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse um den Swimmingpool da es keinen Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn gibt.. -Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse fehlt ebenso für den Carport, wo das Auto tagsüber backt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus trotzdem genossen und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Très bien situer, belle villa , dommage pour le chauffage pas assez puissant par rapport a la température que nous avons eu a notre arrivée .Mais dans l'ensemble nous nous sommes bien plus . Nous pensons a y retourner a la même place peut être pas dans cette villa (dommage ) mais à ( Pégo ) dans les mêmes les conditions avec nos deux enfants et notre chien .Merci a . et a sa collègue D. pour leur accueille chaleureux et leur sourire , merci également pour le petit cadeau Bise a tous
