Our beautiful property is located on Fayetteville’s highly sought-after Mount Sequoyah, down the street from the Mount Sequoyah Cross and is just minutes from the University of Arkansas and Dickson’s entertainment district. This treetop bungalow offers beautiful views year-round plus its newly renovated open concept design includes refinished hardwood floors, a main floor master bed and bath suit, heated bathroom floors, with amenities for a stylish, clean, & relaxing feel. The home is complete with a large back porch and fenced in yard where you can enjoy gathering with guests around the firepit, grill a delicious meal under the café lights, and enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio lounge set in the treetops.

After a day of enjoying all that Fayetteville has to offer, come home to our exquisite 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The fully-stocked kitchen is ready to accommodate any meal you want to make with seating at the island for 3 plus a dining room that can accommodate up to 8 people. Built in 1931, the property is rich in history. It boasts original hardwood floors throughout except for the bathrooms. They, instead, have heated penny tile floors so our guests can enjoy a spa like experience. Our second guest bathroom goes a step further in boasting a built-in sauna ready to relax you after a day of exploring, biking or hiking the many local trails, or a night out on Dickson.

The space:

When you enter the home, you’ll be greeted by our fully renovated modern kitchen equipped with white quartz countertops, a full appliance suite, and a large island where we’ll have a booklet with directions on how to operate the amenities on the property as well as a guidebook of the Fayetteville area. Continue through to the living room where you can cozy up next to the wood burning fireplace or gather around the coffee table for family game night. Enjoy watching your favorite movies or tv shows on the 55 inch 4k LED TV and be emersed in the theater quality surround sound speakers that are both inside and out. The formal dining room completes the open concept next to the wall of windows that looks out to the back deck nestled in the treetops.

Make your way out to the patio from the dining room to one of our favorite spots on the property – the upper back deck. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while sitting under the treetops listening to the sound of nature all around you or your favorite tune on the outdoor speakers. The patio has a charcoal Weber grill and outdoor dining to accommodate 4 people as well. Stroll down the patio stairs to the fenced in backyard and cozy around the fire-pit on a crisp evening. Tell stories, play a game of bago (cornhole), and fire up some smores with the family as you enjoy the twinkle of the cafe lights above. This might be our favorite spot on the property instead - who are we kidding, we love it all!

Once the fun is done and bedtime calls choose from one of our 3 private bedrooms. Ideal for disabled guests, the main floor master suit is right off the living and kitchen spaces. No steps required to enjoy these areas plus the dinning and upper patio. The (1) master bedroom features a queen size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, armoire, walk in closet, designated working space and an en suit bath with 2 sinks, heated floors, a large walk-in shower and separate room for the toilet (sleeps 2).

Head downstairs and you’ll find a shared space that leads to 2 more bedrooms, (2) the bedroom on the left has a queen bed with a dresser and large closet (sleeps 2). The right (3) bedroom is a kids dream with a built-in bunkbed ready to be climbed on and tucked in for the night (sleeps 2). It has a large closet and built in drawers for additional storage as well. Also, downstairs is another full bath featuring the sauna and a walk-in shower plus access to the bottom deck which is covered and great to store bikes or items you want to keep outside but do not want to get weathered. The laundry and a wine fridge are in the shared space as well. Grab a bottle of your favorite wine, put a load of laundry in (or skip this step – we would if we were on vacay!), and enjoy a relaxing time at the Mount Sequoyah Bungalow!
