Ferienwohnung super- Agentur schlecht

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut gefallen, so dass wir uns gut erholen konnten. Sehr freundliche und serviceorientierte Vermieter. Hingegen war der Check-in-Vorgang und die Kommunikation in der Agentur keinesfalls kundenorientiert.

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung. Es war sogar ein Plätzchen in der Garage für unsere Fahrräder vorhanden. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und haben uns bei Familie Mertens sehr wohl gefühlt.
