The Property
With a total area of 210 m², this uniquely designed house is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor: a large, bright living area with a TV lounge, a dining table for 8 people, a decorative fireplace (not in use), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, etc.), 1 double bedroom (180-bed), and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Separate toilet.

Upstairs, you’ll find the 3 other bedrooms (160-size beds) and 2 additional bathrooms, one of which includes a toilet. Both are equipped with a shower and a vanity unit.

For children: a travel cot, high chair available.

The house is also equipped with a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The pool is heated from July through September 30, but since it is not covered, the water temperature is greatly influenced by weather conditions. In summer, the heat pump helps maintain a maximum temperature of 27°C, dropping to around 25°C at night. In the spring, the temperature tends to be around 19–20°. Child safety: closed with an electric cover.
You have a dining table and chairs for 8 people, as well as lounge chairs to enjoy sunny days.
