This place is so awesome! What a beautiful home in a great location and right on the lake for swimming. This place is taken care of and makes you feel right at home when you arrive. We will stay here again. New favorite place!
We loved our family time we spend at this property seeing every morning the lake and listening to the birds was wonderful. And having the town minutes away was very convenient. Seeing my kids playing with the different board games with their grandpa was priceless.
Nice, quiet neighborhood. Lakeview is wonderful and there were several local activities to attend. The azalea and rhododendron were blooming and lovely. We will come again at this time of year to avoid the crowds and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Many bugs, dirty upon arrival and point of contact stopped responding to my messages
Our stay was great, no complaints here. The gangway for the boat dock does have about a two-foot step up when walking from land to gangway but this is difficult to avoid when the lake is one that seasonally lowers the water levels and therefore requires large adjustments in the gangway angle. There is ample hand railing for support.

Dock is not safe
Several things … we had rain and the gutters on the side of the porch were hanging so the water keep splashing onto the deck.
The boat dock did not come all the way up to the property, had a drop; my husband fell and had to get stitches
Sunny every day - the weather app was wrong. Here in August, the lake temperature was perfect for daily hours of floating.
Sunsets on the dock were varied - a few outstanding.
The house gives you a perfect view of the lake, and the outdoor seating and swing let you enjoy the view in the fresh clean air.
The lower paved area is a perfect place to to play the included bolo ball game - an addicting alternative to cornhole (also available)
Fun fact - no mosquitoes here at the lake.
Plenty to do in town - Monte Alban, Happy Hawg, Hiawassee Brewing. The Always Christmas Hallmark Store, and the most excellent Hiawassee Fruit and Vegetable Market. Crane Creek Vineyards worth the short trip.
Easy drive from Atlanta. Stop off at Hofer's in Helen for an authentic German meal and baked goods.
Great stay.
Big and spacious home. Has everything family could need while staying. Close to everything. Also, most beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed are stay very much.
Only suggestion I have is to maybe have some water accessories, life jacket, floaties or something. Out of state people don't have enough space to bring that.
Overall, beautiful and highly recommended

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent? First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost. The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.
Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:
Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller. Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value. Much, much more! A buyer's agent is a valuable asset to any home purchase and should never be considered an unnecessary part of the process.
Respectfully, Robbyn Allen Realtor/Property Manage
