Great for a weekend for 2!

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend as we were in town to see a comedian. The space was perfect for the two of us. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Also just steps away from the beach! We had a great weekend!

This was a great stay for a wknd getaway: a gated property, with private access to the beach just steps away, a nice pool, all the needed amenities. The hosts are quick to respond and very nice. We will definitely look into booking again on our next trip!

Old School Modern

This place was perfect for our long weekend. It was an old style beach motel redone into a modern beach side apartment. Nicely decorated and clean. Gated parking right next to the beach with its own beach access. Walking distance to food, easy driving distance to everything. We’ll definitely be back if we find ourselves in the Jacksonville Beach area again.

This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon.

Nice location, it only has window units… if you want “plush” this isn’t it. Good location, super close to the beach, but lacking in “creature comforts”. Says can sleep 4…no… it’s 2 only.

Thank you for staying with us James, we are so sorry you were not satisfied with your stay! You are correct, this is not a Ritz Carlton and we definitely do not charge as if it were. “Plush” beach front locations will run you about $700-$1,000/night and are about 1/2 of the square footage we provide with this space. We offer a nice, home-ish accommodation, at a SUPER comfortable price! Also, our A/C units are very similar to what you would find at a hotel which is standard for multi-unit buildings that do no have central air and duct work. We provide a queen bed and a double fold out sofa, so it does actually accommodate 4 guests if needed. We would suggest for future reference that you look through the photos provided, and the description as well, to ensure the place is what you are looking for, PRIOR to booking. We wish you the best and hope this experience will serve well in helping you familiarize yourself with any future listings before you book. Best Regards, The Randalls

Safe and Convenient to Beach

The property was easy to find, even at night. Conveniently located at the beach with beach access right from the parking lot. The spiral staircase is a bit tricky to navigate if carrying a suitcase. There are not outlets in the bathrooms, but a movable mirror was provided in the bedroom with a nearby outlet. The bed and other furniture was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

Janet and her adult son did not stay with us. They booked hastily and thought they were renting a 2 bedroom. They arrived and realized it was not and then made up 3 different lies to try and get out of their reservation. First people were fighting in the parking lot, next there were bugs and lastly there were drugs on the floor! What they didn’t know is we would have worked with them if they were honest nice people but we don’t bend to manipulation or hatefulness.

Perfect spot for a beach vacation

This particular unit faces the secure parking lot. Parking is directly in front of unit. This is an older building, likely a motel in the distant past. It is clean and convenient to the beach. If you have more than a couple of beach chairs, we recommend bringing a beach cart. The bed upstairs was comfortable; however, the pullout couch was not, so we purchased a 4" memory foam topper which we took home for a guest bedroom. Plenty of drivable restaurants with live music and a few within walking distance. The beach was beautiful and the pool was also very nice. Beach chairs were provided, but we brought our own. Owners responded quickly to any questions.
