Luxury 1BR apartment overlooking Garfield Parkway with side views to the ocean. Bethany bandstand and beach are right down the stairs. Pool, fireplace, elevator. Shops and restaurants all within a short walk. Building completed August 2009. 1 parking space.

This is the only apartment in the Blue Surf Condominium complex. Walk to the beach, the bandstand, or downtown Bethany right outside your door. Enjoy the private pool deck with side views of the ocean.

Perfect stay in the perfect house in the perfect location!

We could not be happier with our stay at the Blue Surf. The location could not be better, the apartment was a great size with very nice and very comfortable furnishings. It is also unbelievably clean, we were amazed and so happy. Side note- parking, elevator and pool a HUGE add- you do not need to move your car for the whole stay! We cannot wait to come back! I HIGHLY recommend you stay here!!!!

This is our second year staying in this property and we continue to love it. The location is perfect (on the boardwalk, town center, and beach) and we appreciate having all the amenities too (parking, laundry machine, full kitchen, and balcony). Perfect location for us

My husband and I were looking for a place close to the beach where we could also easily get to restaurants and shops. This was the perfect location for us. It was right at the boardwalk - the beach was only a few steps away. We didn’t have to get in the car once. In addition to the great location the unit was very clean and well cared for. It had a nice balcony overlooking the Main Street and access to a pool as well. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

It was what we were looking for.

Very good overall. Nice and roomy. Lighting was obnoxious. Owner should replace all bulbs with warmer type bulbs and install dimmers. Hallways full of trash and dirty.
