This nicely upgraded unit comes equipped with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. King bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom along with a sleeper sofa means there is room for the whole family. Tile floors throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Summerhouse has 4 temperature regulated pools to swim comfortably all year round. Cooling as well as heated pool temps. Four tennis courts as well as two racquetball/pickle ball courts. Two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids. We have a small library and a gym available in the office during office hours.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management for check in was the worst customer experience I have ever received in the 10 years of coming every year. I was lied to and not accommodating and rude! Unit was not kid friendly with TV low and on a stand where easily to be knocked over. Electrical issues behind tv..recliner did not work. Very out dated.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed being in a ground floor unit this year. However the unit is in need of a little freshening up - paint especially. It was lacking in basic amentites you would expect like salt and pepper shakers. The grounds are as beautiful as always. New office management that was not as friendly as in the past.
