Settle into this charming family home, located on a quiet street in the heart of the village of Les Portes-en-Ré, just steps from the market and a few minutes from the island's most beautiful beaches (5 minutes by bike, 15 minutes on foot). The accommodation: On the ground floor, a functional entrance with ample storage allows you to easily organise your belongings upon arrival. This space also includes a separate laundry room and a toilet. The open-plan kitchen and living room create a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for sharing moments with family and friends. The living room features a bench seat and two sofas, as well as a fireplace (not in use). From the kitchen, you have access to a 12 m² outdoor terrace, equipped with a large table for up to 8 people and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. Upstairs, the spacious master suite (18 m²) is furnished with a double bed (160 cm), a large desk, and an open-plan bathroom with a bathtub and sink. Two further bedrooms complete this sleeping area: a 7 m² bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a 9 m² bedroom with a bunk bed (190 cm long), ideal for children. A second bathroom, equipped with a shower, double vanity, and toilet, provides additional comfort on this floor. Other remarks: For the All Saints', Christmas, and Easter holidays, and the month of July, the house can only be rented for one full week. For the month of August, the rental period is two weeks, from August 2nd to 16th. A bicycle rental shop is located just 250 metres away. A paid car park, 200 metres away, allows you to park your car and bicycles.
