About Ed or Ginny Miller
We are Ginny & Ed Miller. I'm a native Texan (with roots in Tennessee) while Ed is from Upstate New York. We lived in the Clear Lake City, Texas area for 21 years where we worked for NASA/Johnson Space Center. From Houston, we moved to Colorado Springs for a year and then Washington, DC for 17 years. Ed worked for the Department of Defense while I worked in the human resources field in several different industries.
Ed or Ginny Miller purchased this Cabin in 2000
Why Ed or Ginny Miller chose Parrottsville
Ed's brother moved to Parrottsville and was married here. The reception was held at a local resort within walking distance of our cabin. Family members stayed at the cabin prior to us purchasing it from the resort, less than 6 months later. We fell in love with the quiet beauty of this area. It took us almost 4 years before we were able to move to Parrottsville and enjoy this 'little piece of heaven' on a full-time basis.
What makes this Cabin unique
The peace and quiet are something that can't be described. For people who live "life in the fast lane" the peacefulness of our farm can help our guests to become back "in balance." At night we don't have "light pollution" so the evening sky is beyond description. Many nights, we can see the Milky Way. Again, it's difficult to describe the beauty of walking outside and seeing a sky full of planets/stars with meteorites trailing across in the distance.

Not our first time at the farm. Was so good to be back. Animal lover paradise!!
This home provided one of the most peaceful, relaxing vacations my family has ever had. The description and pictures of the property were exactly as described. If anyone wants a peaceful getaway in the mountains, far away from everything this is the place to go. We only spent 3 days here, and it was not long enough. I hope to be able to go back someday and spend a whole week here. I really enjoyed getting to know the Llama's, they were good listeners. I also enjoyed talking to Ed, he was interesting to talk to. The info notebooks they had were very helpful, I found the info notebook on the Llama's interesting to read, and learned a lot about Llama's. This was the best equipped house I have rented, we did not find anything we needed that was not there. We enjoyed your home and look forward to coming back again.
A piece of heaven. Best place to bring your dogs!
This is our second time vacationing at Autumn Dancer Llama Farm home. Such a peaceful and serene place. You don’t have to worry about your dog getting loose, because it’s fenced in. Ginny and Ed are amazing hosts and go over and beyond to make you feel at home. Their main concern is to make sure you are well taking care of, and pampered. They are far beyond the best hosts I’ve ever had in all my experiences of renting a vacation home. Very blessed to have found this piece of heaven, owned by the most amazing hosts! Can’t wait to come and visit again!
We loved our stay at Autumn Dancer. It is a beautiful, peaceful retreat and the owners have been so thoughtful in the amenities provided. It's a comfortable cabin with a wonderful porch where we could sit and watch the comings and goings of wildlife. The Llamas are a special treat. Any thanks for your kind and gracious hospitality!
The property was amazing. Ed and Ginny are so nice and answer all our questions about the farm and local areas. We all enjoyed every second of our stay. The house was just right for my family. We all loved the back porch, I spent most of my time on the porch and hot tub. I would wake early to watch the farm come to life. We grilled most every night and had dinner on the picnic table . My oldest loved the Lamas, they were so fun to watch and get to know. My boys enjoyed the lamas , horses and donkeys. The wife enjoyed it all. I highly recommend going to pool just to see the view and take a trip to the fire tower, Ed will give you great directions. We took several evening drives around the back roads, you will not be disappointed, the views are beautiful. We also went to Greenville, if you can take the time to do that as well. I told Ed I was jealous several times. The farm brought back many memories of a time that was a little more simple. I don’t work the farm so Ed may see that different. :) We have plans to visit again, just hope life leads us that way.
Tranquil Getaway in the Mountains
This was such a nice and comfortable place to spend an extended weekend with our family. As a family of 6+2 pets, the cabin was exactly what we were looking for - a place we could feel at home with our kids, in-laws and pets and be able to enjoy some tranquility within something a little different (llamas, donkeys, horses). We especially enjoyed seeing the fireflies at dusk and my kiddos loved petting the llamas! Ginny and Ed are very sweet and genuine people and made our mini vacation stress-free. Thank you!
