This property is located on Rue Lucile, in the Calypso Residence in Les Minimes, on the ground floor of a quiet building not far from Les Minimes beach.
This large, bright studio apartment of over 36m² is tastefully furnished and very comfortable.
It comprises an entrance hall leading to a bathroom and the living area.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped (mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, small fridge/freezer, gas hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).
The living room includes a dining table, a sofa bed (140cm), a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV for rainy days! From the living room, French doors provide access to a large, private terrace and a small enclosed garden.
The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a sliding door. It is furnished with a double bed (140 cm), a chest of drawers, and a window overlooking the garden.
The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).
Cleaning is optional: €50
Linens are optional: €35
A proportional tourist tax is extra.
