Welcome to this modern beach front home just a few steps to Newport Beach and just a 14-minute walk to the Newport Beach Pier on the Balboa Peninsula. Here you will find lots of indoor and outdoor things to do in the event that you are choosing to have your vacation activities close” to your vacation retreat. SLP12415 10% TOT 3 Night Minimum

This comfortable, beach chic 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 1-story home has a beachside patio where you can dine and barbecue outside, or enjoy some quiet time just the at the large expanse of sand and the shimmering Pacific before you. It is also a perfect place to watch the every-changing colors of our legendary sunsets.

The great room has a comfortable living room area with a large flat screen TV with free WIFI and cable. Right beside it is a dining area for 4-6, so everyone can eat together comfortably. A kitchen - complete with all modern appliances and amenities - is also part of the great room, so you can create meals and snacks any time.

There are 2 bedrooms in this home - the master with a queen bed and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable at all times. The 2nd bedroom has twin bunk beds, so this home comfortably sleeps 4 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 6. There is one modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Amenities include WIFI and cable, and 1 carport parking space - that is 8’4” x 22’.

This vacation home, and everything around it, will likely be a great place for you to create memories of your seaside vacation that will last a lifetime.

This vacation home is 2.4 miles from Balboa Pier and 4 miles from Balboa Island Ferry, so you have incredibly access to both land and water based activities.

Fashion Island is 5 miles way; Balboa Pavilion is 2.3 miles away. The nearest airport is John Wayne Airport, 6 miles from this home.

It is a simple, clean, comfortable home easy beach and ocean access in one of the most coveted and beautiful areas of Southern California’s coastline.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home sleeps 4 in beds with a queen air bed for an additional 2 people.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Serenity & Sunsets
This updated home is in a prime Newport location with soothing ocean sounds and views. The home is basic, but all you need for a relaxing trip. Great people watching right on the boardwalk. Many food and bar choices, and a grocery store within walking distance. No washer/dryer. Appreciate the carport, which fits a smaller SUV. Be aware the 2nd bedroom is accessed by walking through the master bedroom, which results in a lack of privacy and was not ideal when you have different bedtimes or need to get up in the middle of the night to use the one restroom. You risk waking up the master bedroom guests. This is my second time renting this home and I'd rent it again.. if it's just me, not with family and friends due to the lack of bedroom privacy. Location is amazing.

The location is perfect. The smoke detector battery went off the first night and we had to take the smoke detector off the wall. It happened to be a cooler time of year so I wanted to put the heater on, but those batteries were dead so we were quite chilly. Not enough extra blankets.

Amazing Location
Loved it. Right in the heart of Newport Beach. Walked to restaurants, bars, grocery, and shops. It was a little tight as we packed our family of 6 but we knew what we were getting and totally loved our stay. Great people watching and enjoyed being right on the sand and having a great beach right out front.

Ocean Retreat
A fantastic stay for our family. The kids were in the ocean, sand or riding bikes the entire stay. So many conveniences to just walk to that we didn't use our vehicle for 3 days! As someone who lived in this area for many years, this is the spot you want to be. We will be back and thank you so much for having us! -Redlands
