Perfect location for downtown Pearl street activities
The house is the perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops on Pearl Street.
Options to park the car changed daily but there was a business located diagonally across the street that had parking available most of the time.
The house was designed well with the master bedroom and bath upstairs and two bedrooms and media room/bedroom downstairs. The backyard and deck would be great in summer and fall. It was too cold to sit outside while we were there in December.
My only complaint was that some of the surfaces in the house were dusty and my grandchildren, traveling with us, have allergies and they snuffled and sneezed a good bit even though they were taking their meds. I'm fairly certain there was a cleaning fee charged but I would think the owners may need to speak to the cleaning service for a more thorough cleaning.
