About this property

In the Heart of River Run for Easy Access Walk to Shops, Dining & Gondola!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The balcony overlooks the hot tubs, so it's easy to see when they're empty. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and hot tubs, so you have the convenience of seeing when it's your turn to soak those muscles after a long day of outdoor adventures.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

The location and room were beyond perfect for the price paid. the only reason I gave check-in a 4 star was because the location to pick up the keycards wasn't on site making it a very slight inconvenience.

Great location, more storage than average!

This property is in a fantastic location. I particularly enjoyed the well thought storage space options. There were extra hooks for wet clothes in the bathroom, lots of entry hooks and plentiful places to stash clothes.

Late Check-in

The property was quite nice. Cabinets in kitchen were a bit wonky but worked. Bed was comfortable. Access to hot tubs was easy, right by the ski lockers. Only problem is that check-in is at 4:30, and that is when you get the keys at a remote spot. So, by the time you are in your condo it is almost 5PM.
