Better than advertised

The first impression is what is most memorable, I guess. The place was really clean and up to date with high quality appliances, television, and golf cart. Very nice view of the golf course from the screened up stairs porch. Plenty of towels, the beds and furniture were comfortable. It is a nice condo that i hope is available the next time we visit the area.

Perfect Stay

The location was very conveniently located to restaurants, beaches, and Baytown Warf. The golf cart was a nice advantage for getting around the property. This unit was roomy, cozy, and well appointed. The beds were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced in a vacation rental. Great place all around.

Great unit as long as you have the golf cart:)

Clean and quiet. Backs up to the golf course. IMO, the golf cart was a must have. Gets you to the beach in about 3 minutes and to the wharf in about 7 minutes. You can also take the golf cart to the Publix down the road by going through the Sandestin on the bay side. Not sure I would stay here without the golf cart, but the golf cart made everything totally convenient and the kids loved it!

This is the type property that should be the poster child of VRBO. That is, the property was at least as good as advertised. First,the unit was clean…No sand or dust or bugs or missing light bulbs or leaky faucets. The view from the well maintained screened upstairs back porch was of a tee box of the manicured good course. The air conditioning, appliances, furniture and televisions were modern and reliable. Same with the golf cart. The only thing wrong with leaving a very positive review like this is, it might reduce the availability of this unit next time I am in the area. I have zero complaints about this property.

Very nice 2 bedroom pet friendly unit.

We loved the place, enjoyed the screen porch having coffee and lunch there. Nice view of golf course. Walk in shower. Very clean for being pet friendly, you would think it was not. Vacasa is very nice to work with, check in was easy, they message you with your information. Much better to rent from than Vacation Heaven rental. agency.

Vacasa managed properties-Red Flag!

The property was less than clean, pet hairballs, stains on fabric furniture, sagging uncomfortable mattress….and the kicker was Live Roaches. Of course I have pictures of all and at my request I was refunded a portion but it was so stressful and not what you want for a month ch needed vacation. Will never book one if there properties again.

The tunnel was closed the first 2 weeks , so no golf cart . It was dirty because of where it’s parked . The front steps and porch floor need to be power washed . Everything inside was good except owners have too much junk in the closets . No space for guest .

Perfect getaway

We were only in town for a few days for a friends wedding and this unit was perfect! Excellent location and less than a minute from the beach by golf cart ride. We will definitely be coming back here next summer!

Anniversary trip

This is my first time renting thru vrbo it was a great experience. Everything went well. The condo was exactly as described. Very nice. Clean and just what we needed for a getaway. We will definitely rent again and recommend to our family and friends.

Nice, clean condo

The condo was nice and clean and had everything you need to get started. Furniture was comfortable, interior was nicely designed and updated. The golf cart was large and functional and a must for navigating the busy resort. My only complaints are with the resort, not the unit. The Tivloi pool needs work. There are weeds growing everywhere and in general it just isn't well kept. There is only 1 place for beach access for the entire resort that's not already beachfront - all of the Wharf area, etc. When I say it was packed I mean so packed not only are there no spots to park (even for your golf cart) but there isn't even a place to put a towel. Again, the condo itself was great but if you're looking for a nice pool and pleasant beach Sandestin in general is probably not the right place.

Awesome property with great amenities. This property has everything you need. Well maintained and everything was as described. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for my family of three. Golf cart was very nice and made the beach and shopping convenient. We plan to be back.

Great location

The location is fantastic. A little bit from the beach but tucked in a quiet neighborhood & a short golf cart ride to the rest of Sandestin. The condo is exactly like the pics. Great size. We are all very tall people & were not cramped. Furniture was all comfortable too. And it’s nice & clean. Plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. & plenty of towels too! Our only downside was the golf cart broke on 2nd day & no replacement or repair done before we left. It’s 100% easier to get everywhere on it so it was very inconvenient. And then the washing machine wasn’t working. Some of the small kitchen appliances need replacing (toaster burns no matter what setting, blender just smelled like on fire & barely blended). Vacasa answered phone right away & were professional & very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenience

This location was great, close to the beach within 2 minute golf cart drive. We enjoyed being able to drive over to Bay Towne to restaurants. We stayed here for 5 days and used our car 2x. Being able to hop in the golf cart was very convenient for our family since we have a 9 month old. He really enjoyed the rides. The house met expectations and was great for our little one to crawl around, all tile floor. The tile was CLEAN! Loved the screened in patio, definitely a plus. We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner outside. Really nice sturdy outdoor seating and high top table. The neighborhood is quiet and was on the golf course. Overall, this location met our expectations and made our vacation very enjoyable! Would stay here again in the future.

Cute property

Beds are comfortable, view is great. Walking distance to beach. Restaurants and groceries just a golf cart ride away. Very friendly staff if you have the local number. I would rent again.
