Rare, newly re-constructed 4 bedroom plus office 4.5 bath residence with heated pool and hot tub is perfectly outfitted for your valuable r & r. This mid-century modern home offers 2 bedrooms with 2.5 baths on the main level and 2 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms upstairs. The home has extensive southern exposures and ton of windows; hence it gets great light. House sits on a 2-acre leveled lot. There is a brand new 5 person hot tub (open year round) and newly redone in ground heated pool with outdoor heated shower (seasonal). The house is furnished with designer furniture and accessories. Two large TVs (75 & 65 inch) and propane BBQ grill. This one of a kind property is located close to town, beaches, restaurants & the Westport train station is 15 minutes away. No pets permitted, sorry:). Maximum capacity is 8 people inclusive of children.

Summer rentals will include an energy deposit (pool heater propane/electric) for which the unused portion will be refunded.

This is a beautifully well-appointed home and we had everything we needed to cook a wonderful Thanksgiving feast. The bedrooms were lovely and the downstairs recreation room was a great play space for our young ones. Thank you so much Juan for everything you did to make this a memorable vacation.

Holiday stay

This is a wonderful property. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. Appreciated the sharp cooking knives as well as most rental homes have super dull knives!! We were traveling with a toddler and the space was as baby friends as could be. Host was very communicative and accommodating. We highly recommend this home.

Great spot for a little getaway with family and kids

Had a great time with family and two young kids. The boys loved running around outside and having s'mores in the outside fireplace. House was very clean and well appointed. Great kitchen I've seen with great cookware and knives. Layout was ideal with lots of open space to play. Juan was great to work with - very attentive via text when we had questions or needed to troubleshoot something. We'll definitely be back for the summer when the pool opens up!
