Professionally designed home in the heart of the Old Village. Fully furnished available for short term or long term rentals. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home is within walking distance to Shem Creek, bars and restaurants. It is also very close to the Bridge Run & numerous local events. The location is the perfect balance of historical attractions, restaurants and beach. It is a short 15min car ride to the historic downtown Charleston and 10min to Sullivan’s Island where there is a public beach.
The property is nestled among a quiet, unique area in the back of Earls Court neighborhood. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, designer plumbing fixtures and quartz/marble counter tops. We have stocked the kitchen with all the cooking supplies you will need for a home cooked meal. Two private bedrooms and one sofa in the living room. There are one and a half bathrooms. The two Queen bedroom upstairs share a bathroom down the hall with a large walk in shower. The hallway has a full size brand new stack-able washer and dryer. All bedrooms have plush mattresses, designer linens and down pillows for your comfort. No smoking. The home has covered parking for one car.

I was in town for a class and it was perfect for my daily commute. The place was comfortable and was close to everything I could have possibly needed. Walk down the street for great oysters at Nico’s and a little further to see dolphins play at Shem Creek!
