BEST VIEWS OF NASHVILLE! This BRAND NEW townhome with a amazing rooftop view is only 1.5 mi/7 min from Downtown Nashville. This home was carefully curated into offering comfort and ease as well as closeness to the city. Guests have a multitude of choices from relaxing on the rooftop with the view of the city to picture-taking in front of the hand-painted mural in the living room to cooking in the custom kitchen equipped with all your cooking necessities. Look no further for your perfect escape.
The first floor offers a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom featuring a double shower. The first floor also hosts the first set of washer/dryer. The second floor has the kitchen, living room, and dining room equipped with a 60" TV and all the cooking essentials (pots, pans, silverware, etc). There is also a bedroom located on the second floor housing a king bed as well as a full bathroom. Not to mention, the second floor has a hand-painted mural perfect for picture taking.The third floor has two bedrooms- each with a queen bed. Third floor also has a full bathroom, SECOND full kitchen, and SECOND set of washer/dryer. There is also an additional entertainment space on the third floor with a 60" TV. To top it all off, the beautiful 15' x 25' rooftop escape with amazing views of the city and a gas grill. (Queen air mattress provided)
NO hanging art/signs/banners/taping over the mural of ANY type. A charge of $500 will occur due to damage.

Weekend getaway

Wonderful long weekend together with friends. House had the perfect layout for four couples. Awesome rooftop deck and super convenient to downtown. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place highly recommend

College girls reunion. Absolutely beautiful place. Different floors to be able to socialize on. They don’t need a 2nd kitchen imo. They do need 2 full length mirrors so do yourself a favor a stop at target for that before you get there. Mirror space is very limited. Location was in a transitional area. But the house has an alarm system. We never felt unsafe. Would go there again!

Nashville bachelorette!

The property is beautifully decorated, but the only thing to note is that it does not sleep 12 people as advertised. If sleeping 2 to each bed, there is only room for 10. We had a blast and the uber ride to broadway was very short! Having the rooftop deck with a grill and sofa out there was a fun addition for us to hang out outside and enjoy the Nashville skyline!

Wonderful Girls Getaway House

Great location & close to downtown. One thing the home was missing was a full-length mirror (women want/need these!). Aside from all the stairs, this was a perfect girls getaway home. The space was clean and we had ample room. Rooftop patio was nice & would be a great place to hang out - we didn't use it because we were on the go so much, but it was nice. Separate kitchen on the 3rd floor seemed okay but you have to haul everything up two flights of stairs to put it into use. Washer/dryer was a nice added touch.

Beautiful townhome, could use some small touches

The property is absolutely beautiful and provided plenty of space for my group of 7. The kitchens are well stocked and have everything you need to cook the basics. The rooftop area is huge, and we appreciated the grill for rooftop barbecues with the group.There is plenty of seating for everyone, lots of TVs, and the property is generally very clean. There are some areas in showers where the grout is a little mildewy, but not enough to worry about.The whole property seems like a little bit more thought could have gone into it, though. For example, the air conditioning, TV, and garage door did not open on the first floor. There are no places to hang towels in any of the bathrooms. There are windows in the showers with no coverings, so neighbors can see into the showers. The girls in my group were upset that there were no full-length mirrors in the property either. Overall, it was a great stay, but there are a few touches that would make it perfect.

Townhouse was very clean and comfortable for our party of 10. Short uber to Broadway. Wall mural was a nice photo spot. Beds were comfty. Highly recommend!

Very spacious

This property was clean, very spacious, had everything we needed for our stay and the location to Nashville was exactly what we wanted. Those steps though, I’m pretty sure no one in my party gained any weight from going up and down them all weekend! This is a great place for a group.

This was absolutely the cleanest place we have ever stayed at! The only thing I would recommend is providing pans for the oven. We wanted to cook some things in the oven and were not able too due to not have the proper pans.

This property was perfect for the 21st birthday trip we enjoyed this weekend! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms stocked. The kitchen amenities were also great. One thing that was missing is a full length mirror and hooks for towels in the bathrooms.

Excellent Stay!

We loved our stay at this house. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything is in near pristine condition. Extremely comfortable beds and linens. Modern, new, appliances. Easy access. Everything was excellent and even if it’s not on Broadway, Ubers into town are super cheap. Loved our stay!

Property exactly as described and photographed

The house is beautiful and had 4 really nice and comfortable beds. The rooftop was also very nice and had a nice view of the Nashville. The area is still up and coming but that was not problem because we were about a 5 to 10 minute Uber to Germantown and downtown Nashville. Would definitely stay here again.
