Modern Brick cottage with sauna and whirlpool bath in a quiet cul de sac location with garden and terrace facing south. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. No pets. The beach, the harbor and the family center Nessmersiel Sturmfrei with WellnessOase are within walking distance. Nessmersiel is also often referred to as the Mecca of Watt Walkers because most of the mudflats to the East Frisian North Sea islands of Norderney and Baltrum as well as the World Heritage Wadden Sea start from here.

Ground floor: Open living and dining area with comfortable sofa and color TV, dining table with seating, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, small freezer, VierPlattenElectric stove with oven and all necessary electrical appliances. From here access to terrace with garden furniture and garden. One bedroom with two beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Utility room with washing machine. Upper floor: A bedroom with double bed. One bedroom with 2 single beds. Daylight bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and toilet use. Finnish sauna. Sauna use with coins per 15 minutes Euro. If you do not want to bring your own bed linen and towels, you can rent them from us.

Eine ungepflegte Immobilie

Eine Feriendomizil , das schon sich schon von außen als ungepflegt erwies und sich dies im inneren fortsetzte. Als einziges Haus mit Müll auf dem ungemähten hohen Rasen und Fenster die bestimmt seit längerem keinen Lappen gesehen haben, war dann im inneren des Hauses, die Ecken und der Boden mit Spinnen übersät, so das vor dem Auspacken , Spinnen saugen angesagt war. Die Toiletten waren mit dem Schmutzwasser gefüllt, von wann auch immer...Küchenstühle die aus dem Leim gehen und wackeln, Sauna ohne Licht (Glühbirne ausgeschraubt aber nicht ersetzt), Fernbedienung für den 📺 ohne Batterien. ..Geschirr und Besteck zusammen gewürfelt und nicht spülmaschinenfest...teilweise kaputte Tassen und Teller und dann im 21. Jahrhundert kein❣️WLAN ( das allerdings ist unser Fehler, überlesen🤓 weil es keins gibt ❣️du musst also trommeln🥁😜 ...so jetzt das Beste, wir waren zum 15.Mal in Neßmersiel und Umgebung , dies war mit Abstand das schlechteste Haus, null Gemütlichkeit, aber❣️❣️❣️das Teuerste..leider dieses „Domizil“ nicht mehr
