The Space:

Wake to the view of the ocean from your master bedroom! This beautiful condo has many extras not normally found in a beachfront condo. Koa wood floor and trim as well as bookcase and dresser in the bedroom add to the elegance of this great condo.

Breakfast on your lanai and watch the kite surfers, whales in winter months and not to mention fabulous sunrises. Newly updated with new carpet, paint and furniture make this the ideal condo for your stay on The Garden Island. Our location, East side, gives you the opportunity to see all that Kauai has to offer without a lot of driving.

Walk to several great restaurants and shops. Have shave ice, ice cream and fresh fish at the Coconut Marketplace next door. And, buy local produce there twice a week from the farmer's market.

Our beach is the best swimming beach on the East side and even has a protected ocean pool for the little ones.

This condo has portable air conditioning units in the bedrooms for added comfort for sleeping.

The Neighborhood:

The Royal Coconut Coast is aptly named, not just because of the amazing stands of large coconut trees that cover the landscape, but also because much of the area was originally reserved only for the ali’i or royalty in the Hawaiian kingdom. Today, beautiful white sandy beaches, lush green mountains and valleys, and consistently warm weather all year round attract travelers from all over the world. The Royal Coconut Coast has become a popular tourist destination because of its central location, beauty, rich history and culture, and variety of activities available for the whole family. From Wailua to Kealia, the east side of Kauai offers accommodations for both the budget traveler and those wanting a more full-service resort experience. The whole family can find something to do here, from a leisurely day at the beach or spa, to biking, hiking, kayaking, or golfing, there are many options of how to spend your time on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast.



Getting Around:

We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend renting a car to enjoy all there is on the island.

Beautiful condo and grounds. Perfect location for our family of four (two kiddos age 17 and 18). The kids were able to go and do without us - excellent walkability and cernerally located for adventuring to other areas of the island.

Amazing condo in a Paradise location-ocean view, breeze and sound of the waves!! Master bedroom was very large with firm, super comfortable King bed. Kitchen supplies were good as we ate most of our meals in condo-Property BBQs were also excellent!Overall a great place and I would love to return!

Quiet Spring Break Getaway

Perfect for me, my daughter, and her 2 friends. Quiet complex, next door to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful views and easy access to warm, sandy beach with a rock shelter area for little kids to play too! If the beach isn’t your thing, a nice pool overlooks the ocean as well! The natural beauty of this place cannot be matched! The property management company was very responsive too. After being on site for a day we noticed our freezer wasn't making ice and the fridge wasn't keeping cool enough and they replaced it right away. Highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. The grounds were so pretty and the unit clean and the view was great. Location was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with items. You will have to bring some more toilet paper and tissues of your own. Can't wait to come back.

This VRBO was great. Such beautiful views and walking distance to the beach. Restaurants, coffee, and shops within walking distance. We got an incorrect code for the entry gate and side gates which is why I gave the check in process 4 stars. Thankfully we got the new codes from others staying there and the hosts responded promptly with the new codes as well.

Perfect for us

The view is AMAZING. We spent most of our time on the balcony soaking up the sights and sounds of the ocean. The beach area on the property was a perfect place to be in the ocean. We could walk to shops, a market, coffee, and a few restaurants. There is a nice path for biking, walking or running. The condo was just right for us. Although we didn’t cook meals, the kitchen has all you need for preparing your own meals. We look forward to return visits.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The views were beautiful from both lanais and we appreciated the closet full of beach gear & toys. Check in was a breeze and we never needed to contact the owners during our stay. We love the Lae Nani complex for it walkable location to shops & a variety of restaurants, great pool and large swimmable beach area. Air conditioning was great in the bedrooms. The only thing I would suggest is air conditioning in the living area as it was very warm when the breeze died down.

Paradise View

We loved our stay in this VRBO!! The ocean view is even more amazing than the pictures portray. Also very roomy-it was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our family of 4. The resort this condo is located in is beautiful and the pool is huge, never crowed and right by the ocean. The location of it was also perfect for our Kauai vacation-shops and places to eat within walking distance and a good central point to drive north and south. Our only complaint is the master shower has some leaking going on and the master bed box spring seemed to be worn down. Other than that, we felt like we spent a week in paradise at this VRBO!
