This renovated 30m2 apartment, located on the floor of one of the oldest houses in the village, is situated in the heart of Varengeville-sur-Mer. One can walk to the village centre with its shops and restaurants.
The decoration is inspired by its owner, a painter, whose gallery is located on the ground floor, on the other side of the house.
The accommodation has 1 bedroom (Bed 160 x 200 cm) and can accommodate 2 people.
A child can be accommodated (sofa bed in the living room).
The open-plan American kitchen, overlooking the living room, is equipped with 2 induction hobs, refrigerator, multi-function oven, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, classic and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Internet access (wifi), electric heating.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower and the toilet is separate.
You have a private garden with garden furniture and fence,
