The house was perfect for our family of 4. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to town. About an hour drive to get to Mt Rainier NP. The trail from the backyard to the waterfall was pretty cool as well!
The paths in the back yard were great. It was clean and nice. It was in a town with not much around so be prepared before you get there just to simplify your life. But the house is nice. We have zero complaints!
The house was nice. Great system of trails right behind house on NF land. Go to the right and there is a waterfall. You can go further but the hike is more difficult. At the Y before waterfall is a moderate difficulty trail. The opposite direction the trail is flat, with many moderate hikes going up from it.
close to mt Saint hellens and Mount Rainier. their were deer in the yard. and one miner drawback, late summer forrest fires, we had to evacuate, but it comes with the territory, and it was an adventure, and story to tell others.
Very quiet property which is what we were looking for. We loved the short hike to the waterfall! The drive to Mt. Rainier was easy and this was a great homebase for day trips.
Convenient area, Comfortable beds and great amenities. We had everything we could ever need available to us while vacationing with family. Would definitely stay again!
