Room, mobile air conditioner, SFBC with 4 ceramic hob and oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, complete kitchen equipment, WMF grill for inside or outside, AEG washing machine (2018), iron / ironing board (Heilo), bathroom (washstand, Toilet, hairdryer, shower), large balcony with 2 deckchairs and 2 loungers dining table for 10 people
Separate storage room and garage (only small cars!), additional large fridge / freezer combination, vacuum cleaner, baby bed, baby seat, use of Yamaha keyboard (88%) by arrangement ...

Theoule / Miramar near the beach, approx. 10 km from Mandelieu / 16 km from Cannes; Sandy beach Plage de la Figueirette (3-4 min drive) with restaurants, beach bar / beach club, jet ski, diving, small marina, beach chairs.
The apartment / complex is located directly on the Massif de l´Esterel and is also ideal as a starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours.
