The flat is located in Fosano above Vira Gambarogno and is on the opposite side of the lake (Lake Maggiore) from Locarno and Ascona. The flat is easily accessible by public transport, the bus stop is only 150 metres away.

The view extends over Lake Maggiore to the towns of Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Versasca Valley, Maggia Valley and the Magadino plain.
