The villa impresses with its great location, view and very good facilities. Located directly on a large canal with golf access. Enjoy the comfort and equipment of this villa during your vacation.

Tiles are laid throughout the house. No carpet, which is particularly important for allergy sufferers.

The living room invites you to relax. Here you will also find a 60 inch TV with Apple TV. For music fans, we have a speaker system from Sonos (WLAN speaker) in the house. So you can u. a. Listen to your favorite radio stations at home or your own playlist everywhere.

The master bedroom with direct pool access through the sliding glass door has an adjoining bathroom with bathtub, shower with additional rain shower and a double washbasin. 2 walk-in closets offer enough space.
The 2nd Bedroom also with pool access through a sliding glass door. The bathroom is right next to it. The 3 bedroom is also adjacent.

The kitchen with adjoining dining area is large and spacious. A very good equipment including new stainless steel devices and Nespresso machine is waiting for you. You will also find a pool table for entertainment in the entrance area.

Energy efficiency is important to us, therefore the Villa Blue Pearl has 2 new air conditioning units, one of which is separate for the bedrooms. That saves energy. Also only LED illuminants were installed throughout the house. Do you forget the travel plug more often? We have installed USB sockets for charging the devices in the house.

The large pool area is generously designed where you can find loungers to relax, as well as the outdoor kitchen with sink and large stainless steel grill for the great US steaks. The pool is operated with a salt system (without chlorine) which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. You are guaranteed to no longer have irritated eyes. Enjoy the great sunsets from the pool deck or down by the water from the boat deck.

The west facing of this house gives you enough sun all day and the best sunsets in Florida every evening. Nearby you will find the supermarket, the Cape Harbor marina with restaurants, ice cream parlor and shops and the Camelot Park with playground, BBQ grill stations and tennis courts.
