Very spacious apartment, ideally located in Riviera, in a small quiet residence, with a restaurant just 20 m from the apartment and 1 km away from the beach, shops, MAX Beach restaurant and its well-known gym! and 10 min by car from Marbella and/or Fuengirola
Newly furnished in an ethnic and modern style, it offers a large bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen open to the living room. The very large dining room overlooks the terrace which has a chill out area to relax and a table for your al fresco dinners.
Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !
We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.
