About this property

Waterfront home in Saint-Malo, wake up facing the beach!

Ideally located with a magnificent sea view from all living rooms, direct access to the beach of Bas Sablons, without road to cross for children!!

10 minutes walk from intra-muros and 5 minutes from the shops of Saint-Servan. Our house is a haven of peace of 75m2 on two floors refurbished in 2019.

The main living room with its integrated kitchen gives access to a communal terrace (shared) for sunny ends of days sheltered from the prevailing winds.

A master suite with dressing room shares the 1st floor with its bathroom. Two other bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor with respectively a double bed (140) and a bunk bed and trundle (3x90) for 3 children, a shower room completes this floor.

Perfect for your holidays with friends or family, our house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 3 children. Linen is not provided but if you wish to travel light, we offer it for rent at a rate of 21€ per person (beds set on arrival, towel, bath towel, bath mat and tea towels).

Great location on sea front line. Very functional apartment. Parking conveniently nearby. Good vacations. Previous tenant must have had cats and unfortunately initial cleaning was not up to expectations as allergies symptoms quickly developed… so it has been our first task…

Great Location

The place is nice, the location is great: beach promenade right in front of the house, beach bar 100m away, various other nice locations all in short walking distance: the remarkable historic city and the great main beach, the picturesque downtown with supermarkets etc., and also small woods/parks with more hidden beaches.

Wir waren zu fünft (mit Kleinkind) in dieser schönen Wohnung und konnten den sehr warmen bretonischen Sommer 2026 voll geniessen. direkt am Strand "les Bas Sablons" direkter Zugang via Rampe zur "Promenade" und zum Meer grosse Flexibilität dank Schlüsselbox und 2 Paar Schlüsseln Sonnige Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Strand/Hafen bequeme Betten Viel Stauraum in den Zimmern gute Ausstattung sehr stabiles/schnelles Internet/WLAN gute Schallisolierung "Intra Muros" problemlos zu fuss machbar faszinierende Gezeiten- Lärmpegel von Passanten am Strand und der Rampe bei offenem Fenster teilweise hoch (bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig)

Overall, it was a good place to stay. Of course, the main advantage of this place is the proximity to the beach. It literally is right in front of it. Though, it’s not a beach that you would anticipate, as this is a port with lots of boats and ships located in clear sight. Not too close, you can still swim there, but it is a part of the view. The parking is available on the street for free, the only problem with that is that it’s always full and it’s a huge problem to find a parking spot. The apartment itself is located on three levels, one bedroom is on the second level with one restroom and two other bedrooms located on the 3rd level with another restroom. The staircase goes around and is very narrow with enough space to climb/descend for one person only. People with limited mobility should be aware. The only thing I didn’t like is that the host doesn’t include the linen and towels as a part of the stay. If you want it, then there is an additional charge of 15 per person. I found out about this right before our arrival. You can refuse it and bring your own linen and towels.
