Overall clean unit. The floor was very dirty and could use a good mop before we arrive. Beautiful view and the pool was really nice. Host provided constant communication via text messages giving clear details for parking and check-in. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and entertainments. Overall 4.5 out of 5 stars due to the dirty floors.

Everything was great

Easy proximity to pier park, beaches and local shops. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I would recommend to the owners is possibly a couple new pots and pans, but everything else was exceptional.

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The cafe downstairs was so convenient and the condo is close to everything. I will definitely book again!

Beach recuperation

Needed a place to recoperate my hubby after fractured ribs. This condo was perfect. Comfortable, great view and everything we needed for our stay.

Great location

Staff was very friendly. Property was nice and clean. Pool is large and a small part shaded, which works well with small children and infants. Location is right at pier park, and it was ideal for watching July 4th fireworks from our balcony. Would definitely stay at this location again!

My Family and I had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly how it was described in the listing! We will definitely be coming back! Condo was very clean and looked brand new! If you get a chance to stay here, you won’t regret it!

Great condo and location

Great condo with easy access to pier, beach, and shopping. Pool in tower III was well maintained. Parking garage was a plus. The bed in the master bedroom could’ve been better (pot holes).

Exactly as advertised and not one problem. Brilliant location for short walk to the beach and Pier Park. Loved looking over the balcony down to the pool. Parking was easy, which surprised me given past reviews and we stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. Would definitely love to go back to PCB and stay here.

Perfect Place!

What can I say? Everything was perfect from start to finish. I had no issues communicating when I needed assistance. I walked in and everything was perfect. Everything was working properly. I’ve always stayed at Calypso. The decor was amazing. Without a doubt, I will book again. 🏝️❤️

Spring Break 2025

We were very pleased with our room it was very clean and I used to clean residential homes so cleanliness is very important to me and I notice everything. Not only was our room so clean the elevators and the elevator areas were always clean, I believe the wipe down the elevators and doors daily and thats were germs spread.I was very pleased with our stay at the Caypso tower 3 and would definitely stay again I didn't have to contact management

Really nice property for Ironman Florida

We had a great time at the Calypso. Place was clean and spacious. The pool and amenities were really nice. The Hub had great food. The only knock on the property is the bracelets at the pool. The workers checked for our bands several times a day and it became a hassle. We were the only family at the pool a couple of times. I'm sure it has a purpose during the summer but not in the off season. Everything else was great.

Highly Recommend!

This place was amazing! The location was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. And the view, just WOW! A lot to do in the area. Place was very clean. Only suggestion is bring dish towels, extra paper towels and toilet paper. I chose this condo for it’s patio set up and view. I am glad I did! It was very accommodating to have the table and chairs for eating outside along with the padded lounge chairs and other two chairs and table set. All the chairs were bar height which helped being able to see the view better. I would definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to visit again!
