Want to breathe the iodized air, to stroll in a village classified as one of the most beautiful in France and to enjoy moments with your family! Welcome to this charming new fully air-conditioned house for 8 people, close to the port, close to shops, and a few minutes from the beach.
The advantages of the house: A large convivial living room, bright and open to the garden, beautiful and very well equipped kitchen with central island, TV in the living room with WIFI, 4 comfortable bedrooms (2 King size beds, 1 bed 140 and 2 beds of 120) with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, pantry with washing machine, dryer. An outdoor with dining table, barbecue, plancha.
Parking spaces on the grounds.
Bed linen provided, except for bath towels.
Cleaning to be done at the end of your stay.
Tourist tax included in the price.
Deposit of 2500€.
50% deposit at the time of booking.
Balance of the rent 1 month before arrival.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Weekly rate: 2400€ from 05/07 to 19/07 and 3400€ from 19/07 to 30/08

Hôte très agréable et disponible.Très belle maison, idéale pour une famille à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et du port de La Flotte.

Étienne et sa famille sont des voyageurs exemplaires, très respectueux des lieux. J’ai retrouvé une maison étincelante le ménage a été incroyablement très bien fait.
