We book houses in the keys two or three times per year. This house was a pleasant surprise. The property, yard and water access was amazing. The house it’s self was much larger than the typical manufactured homes.

This property is a gem! Better than the pictures. Well equipped kitchen. Although, with Kiki's down the street and Rooster's just South on US1 there is no need for cooking, just snack foods and drinks. The place is much bigger than the pictures depict. Quiet neighborhood. Breath taking views. Easy check in/out. Easy communication with host. We will definitely come back.

The house was everything it claimed to be. They don't allow cats, but said they allow dogs. The only suggestion I would make is that they could invest in a better coffee maker. Next door to the property is a boat dock and rental business- so at times it can get a little loud. But other than that, the property was very nice, and I would recommend it.

Negative: garbage around the property, not nearly as clean inside as should have been, old stained couches, the most minimal extra consumables possible. For what we paid, it was quite disappointing. Prime location on water right down the street from Kiki’s restaurant. Close proximity to grocery and other shopping. Negative about property was that you couldn’t turn the air down past 75 degrees and didn’t disclose this information until a few days before check-in. Property had nice big bathrooms and was dog friendly which was great. Would stay again in cooler months.
