Midtown Charmer (30+ days) - Fully furnished cozy modern home with beautiful kitchen and living areas, close to recreation and downtown amenities! No pets, ample parking. Beautifully redone fully stocked kitchen, cozy living area with copious natural light, an office, amazing front and back patios! With 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a permanent office space, the rental is ready for whatever you need. One room contains a trundle bed which could sleep two people on different twin sized mattresses.
Located perfectly between Historic Downtown and Horsetooth Reservoir, you'll love this amazing neighborhood. A short drive (~10 minutes) to either location, you'll also be walking distance from grocery stores, breweries, restaurants, parks, and the main city pedestrian path, Spring Creek Trail.
This unit is the upper floor of a split level house. There is a separate studio apartment on the lower floor. The entrance and amenities are completely private for you, but you might be sharing the backyard occasionally with the guests in studio apartment.
