Welcome to our newly renovated Builders Choice Award Winning 1 BR 1 BA Villa at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. Located just steps to the Resort's Beautiful Private Access Beach & Largest Outdoor Pool on the Island. You're only steps to the Beach, Fitness Center, Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Playground, Picnic Area & Charcoal Grills. On-site bike rentals will allow you the opportunity to explore the Island and enjoy the scenery offered on the many bike/walking trails. Resort has 3 on-site restaurants with one across from the pool on your way to the beach which offers food, drinks and ice cream. Resort includes 24 hour manned security and on-site maintenance. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive or Trolley ride from the resort. The Island also has its own Outlet Mall just a 15 minute drive away. Villa has a fully equipped kitchen w full size appliances & Keurig, MBR w/queen size gel foam bed, 2 built in bunks for the kids w/charging stations & sleeper sofa. Smart TV's in Master & Living Area & Hi-Speed Wifi. Accommodates up to 4 adults & 2 kids

The perfect condo for a great stay on the Island

When looking for a place to stay on Hilton head island, I was looking for a nice place at an affordable price close to the beach. Well this this condo i got so much more! We booked for the week of Easter staying 4 days 3 nights, it was the perfect getaway as it was our first vacation with our newborn! The condo was super nice and clean, very well decorated and modern. When you walk into the condo it smelled like a newly built house with fresh paint which was really great knowing it was newly remodeled. Being able to see the beach and have such a short walk was exactly what we we looking for and the fact that beach chairs and an umbrella came with your stay made it that much better! All I can say about this condo is I wish I knew about it sooner, I've been vacationing in Hilton Head since a little girl and now that I have a family of my own we're vacationing there as well. It's so nice to know that I know there's a great place I can stay in! The owners we super helpful with any questions I had and made check-in a breeze!

Hilton Head Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was clean, comfortable, modern, and close to the beach and pools. The island itself is also a great place for a vacation. The scenery is beautiful and there are a lot of things to see and do.

Folly Field Vacation March, 2022

This is a lovely villa with plenty of amenities. The unit has been recently redecorated, and it's lovely. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 26 years in the Coligny Square area, and thought that we would try this area (Folly Field) for a change. We were not disappointed (except the weather wasn't great a few days). Thanks for a lovely week.
