Our light-flooded and lovingly furnished attic studio has a living space of approx. 43 sqm. Equipped with a complete kitchen. This includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, fridge-freezer and a dinette for four persons. The cozy living area is equipped with couch, armchair, fireplace and a TV with satellite connection. The bedroom has a boxspring bed (140 x 220) and small walk-in closet. Another sleeping possibility is in the gallery on an air mattress (140 x 200). The daylight bathroom is equipped with shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. Small seating possibility in front of the entrance. Electric blinds, blinds and sunblinds are also included. Towels and bedsheets,

Fabulous apartment

The photos do not do this property justice. It was a lovely , bright and well equipped apartment. 5 minute walk to the train station and regular trains into cologne city centre which took about 10 minutes. We both enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. The owner, Kurt was friendly and welcoming.

Ein wirklich lichtdurchflutestes Studio

Ich kann mich da nur den Bewertungen vor mir anschließen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt in Köln benötigt. Ich habe mich hier in diesem tollen gemütlichem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist hier sehr ruhig und das Naturschutzgebiet Dellbrücker Heide in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch habe ich meine Auto nur zum Einkaufen benötigt, weil alle 20 min eine S-Bahn in Richtung Innenstadt fährt. Man kann auch an der S-Bahn-Station, die man auch zu Fuß in 15 min erreicht, gut und kostenlos parken. Die Bahn benötigt 12 min zum Hbf. Außer dem Aufstieg zum 2. Stock gibt es keine kritischen Punkte anzumerken. Ich komme bestimmt mal wieder!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Köln. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hatte uns an nichts gefehlt. Anbindung zur S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, sehr ruhig gelegen sowie reibungslose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Appartement très agréable, confortable et très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien. C'est un peu loin du centre ville mais quand on a compris comment marchent les transports en commun ça se fait bien.

Ein rundum schönes Wochenende.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Hier kann man super mit 2-3 Personen gemütlich Urlaub machen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und sofort zur Stelle wenn irgendwas anliegt. 👍 Gelegen ist die Wohnung mit viel Grün rundum und relativ ruhig, aber trotzdem alles schnell zu erreichen, und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Reichweite. Parkplätze sind auch ausreichend vorhanden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Alles Super :)

Sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Aufenthalts war der Gastgeber immer schnell zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung hat genau der Beschreibung entsprochen, war sehr sauber, gepflegt, bestens ausgestattet und total gemütlich. Parkplätze waren immer direkt vor der Haustür verfügbar. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit weiterempfehlen und bei Bedarf gerne noch einmal buchen.

Top-Wohnung mit Top-Anbindung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich top. Liebevoll sowie komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Und - in Köln nicht selbstverständlich - es gibt immer einen Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Verkehrsanbindung ist ebenfalls super: Keine zehn Fuß-Minuten zur nächsten S-Bahn-Station und dann nochmal gute zehn Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt also genügend Gründe, um wiederzukommen ;-)

Toller Kurzurlaub

Wir waren zu viert für 4 ÜN in der Ferienwohnung. Die Aufteilung ist super und auf 43 qm bietet die Unterkunft alles, was man braucht, um entspannt Urlaub zu machen. Die Sauberkeit ist einwandfrei, die Vermieter sind sehr nett, wir fühlten uns willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Eine bessere Ausstattung hatten wir bisher in keiner anderen Unterkunft. Die Nähe zur S-Bahn (6 min. Fussweg) ist ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt, in weiteren 11 min. ist der Zug im Kölner Hauptbahnhof. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Schöne Unterkunft in Köln - weiterzuempfehlen!

Das Dachstudio ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Fotos geben den Originalzustand wieder. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Umgebung mit den Seen ist schön. Die Kölner Innenstadt ist einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schön, modern, sauber!

Mit der Überschrift ist eigentlich schon alles gesagt. Ich habe die Wohnung für 5 Tage während eines beruflichen Aufenthalts in Köln Kalk genutzt. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben und ausgesprochen wohnlich. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände waren in einem sehr guten Zustand und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war immer unkompliziert und schnell und vor Ort sehr freundlich. Nochmals vielen Dank an den Vermieter und bei nächster Gelegnehit gerne wieder!
