The Casa del Sol is located in a beautiful location in the quiet urbanization of Cala Serena, not far from the Cala Serena bay (3 minutes on foot) and near the white town of Cala D`or.
The 4x7 m pool in front of the covered outdoor dining area invites you to relax and cool off. Enjoy the peace and a partial sea view. Sun loungers and parasols are available at the pool and on the terrace. The rear terrace with access from the dining area or the kitchen also invites you to linger.
The house on the ground floor has an open living-dining area, kitchen, guest toilet (with washing machine), 1 bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms (one of them with a safe) and is suitable for 4 people. The separate apartment on the roof terrace with bath / toilet / shower can accommodate 2 more people. The apartment is not connected to the ground floor and is reached via the outside stairs. (When arriving with up to 4 people, only the house below is opened. From the 5th Person we open the apartment above with the 3rd Bedroom).
There are 2 more loungers on the roof terrace. From here you can enjoy a wonderful sea view and sunrise.
The house has air conditioning / heating devices, underfloor heating (for the winter months), washing machine, satellite TV, WiFi and a complete kitchen equipment.
Towels and bed linen, as well as WiFi are available free of charge.
Final cleaning included in the rental price.
