The Woodlen: Mountain Studio with Hot Tub, Views, Fire Pit, & Ping Pong Table

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! This studio guesthouse sits on 70 secluded acres and is far enough away from the main house to afford plenty of privacy. NEW 4 PERSON HOT TUB INSTALLED OCTOBER 2022! While only 500sq ft, this guesthouse packs a punch! Full kitchen, full bath, king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and 50in smart TV. The outdoor deck and the outdoor covered shed allow for total privacy from the main house. Enjoy the fire pit and ping pong table, or just curl up on the outdoor furniture and listen to the stream that runs behind the house.
PLEASE NOTE:
The neighbors at the main house have 2 dogs that are contained to the main house yard via underground fence. They will most likely bark if they see you. Luna is the golden retriever and Jade is the brindle mix. They are sweet dogs and although contained to the main house if you don't like dogs this might not be the best place for you.
The driveway is gravel, long, and windy. It is not particularly steep and I have no trouble with it in a car or minivan so it is suitable for most all vehicles.

This particular property is very sentimental to us. the main house and studio was built by my husbands grandfather in the 1970s.
