Très Bel Appartement spacieux et très bien agencé. Accueil formidable par la conciergerie.Points forts : lumineux, pratique, vraiment beau. Propre.Points faibles- (pour nous) environnement très bruyant, fête foraine juste devant l’appartement - nuisances sonores fortes et lumières incessantes le soir- Terrasse le soir très bruyante avec flash lumineux (dommage car superbe)- Difficulté à dormir à cause du bruit jusqu’à 3 heures du matin.- Matelas des lits durs, celui du canapé -lit inconfortable.-Plage devant polluée et eau marron.-vue mer mais polluée par la fête foraine.Très touristique, énormément de monde, de bruit et d’odeurs.Si vous aimez cette ambiance, c’est ok.Nous nous sommes personnellement repliés vers la côte sauvage où les plages sont agréables et l’île d’Aix.Royan n’est pas pour nous.

Superbe appartement moderne et confortable, très bien équipé. C’était propre et la literie était neuve. L’emplacement est idéal et tous les commerces sont accessibles à pieds. La terrasse est agréable et la grande plage est juste en face, très pratique ! Le contact avec l’agence était fluide et le personnel sympathique. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
