The second bedroom features a luxurious Nectar Premier Hybrid queen-sized mattress, a ceiling fan, T.V. and a view of the tropical garden, creating a serene retreat for your stay.

The fully renovated bathroom is bright and modern, complete with fresh towels, a shower with a bathtub, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

The property boasts a composite dock with space for up to a 24' boat. With easy access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic, you'll be on the water in minutes. The dock is equipped with cleats, a boarding ladder, and a fish cleaning table – everything you need for a perfect day on the water. Don't have a boat? No problem! Explore the canal with our kayaks, life jackets included.

You are just a couple minute walk away from Havana Jacks restaurant, a local favorite with live music and stunning views. For more nearby dining and entertainment options, Sparky's Landing is another great spot known for their happy hour specials. Marathon also has an abundance of great spots to catch a bite to eat, relax with a great cocktail and enjoy some live music!!

Rent bikes and take a leisurely bike ride or walk the island and don't miss the breathtaking sunsets at Sunset Park. Just up the road, you'll find tennis courts, a playground, and even a golf course for added recreation.

For those without a boat, there are boat rentals nearby and also fishing charters like Northstar Charters & Tours just a short drive away or try your luck with the fishing poles provided at the house.
