Perfect rental condo for a party of 6! We loved the garage parking, onsite ski rentals, Winter Park Resort bus pick up every 25minutes and gorgeous mountain views with modern amenities! Kitchen had everything we needed and the washer & dryer was appreciated. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Chill / Basecamp! Everything was as described and the condo was in a great location. Ten minute walk to ski village.Ski in / ski out with a flight of stairs from the condo building to corridor run. Great massage therapist with steam shower just a two minute walk away (in Iron Horse condo building). Didn’t end up using the hot tub or small outdoor pool but many guests seemed to be enjoying it. Host was very responsive and provided a detailed manual that had all the information we needed.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, the hot tub was always hot and mostly empty. The condo was well equipped. I will stay there again the next time we go to Winterpark!

New Year’s Family Getaway

This is an amazing clean property! The garage is so nice when unloading in the snow. We loved the ski out option too! The kitchen was perfectly stocked and there was nothing missing. We will definitely recommend to others and hope to return soon

Family ski trip

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo couldn’t have been better!! Location was fantastic. Very very short drive to the Village, short drive to downtown winter park, very easy ski in and ski out (some steps to walk up to the run but not bad), the community hot tub was so nice, and the condo was very well appointed. Next time we go back to Winter Park we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Great spot next to the slopes

Great location and nice new condo. Apartment was brand new and had everything that’s needed to make a ski week work well. Building is halfway between Mary Jane and Gondola along Corridor run. There is a stairway leading up to the snow. There is a bit of a flat area before the gondola and snowboarders among us will get stuck few times.

Great Winter Park Stay

We had our family of four visiting for several days of skiing. The property manager, Carey, was a great communicator. She gave us clear checkin instructions and directions to the property. It is a beautiful, well maintained condo unit in a beautiful building. It is convenient for ski in/out. There is a short walk up some steep stairs to corridor run. Truly very convenient slope side access. It is a 15 minute walk into the Winter Park Village from the condo. Great hot tub on property, and it was always available when we wanted to relax. Highly recommend the property and working with Carey was great.

Absolute gem

We found our new favorite location to stay when we come to WP. Ski in/out was so nice and lodging was just beautiful. We were so grateful they had thoroughly cleaned everything prior to our arrival. Most places we can tell haven’t actually been cleaned well, but this was definitely an exception. We will be back for sure!!

Nice unit. All is as described in the listing. Ski in-ski out requires walking up steep stairs to slope with ski equipment. Otherwise, easy to get to and from lifts.

Great Family Ski Trip

The condo unit was perfect for our family's spring break ski trip. The rental information sent before our arrival made for an easy check-in and a great stay. The condo was very clean and large enough to cover our needs. The beds were very comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was large, open and well equipped. The living room has a very nice gas fireplace and the view of the mountains was beautiful. Would love to return to this unit for a future spring break ski trip.

Beautiful condo

Modern spacious condo. Beautiful views. The host was amazing! proactively asking us if we needed to check in early. Checking in to make sure all was good. Probably the best host I’ve dealt with. Ski in/ski out along corridor run. The only disadvantage is that it’s about a 15 minute walk to the village, but we didn’t realize until it was over that we could have called the shuttle to pick us up even late into the night.

Luxury Condo with Amazing Views on the Slopes

Property was beautiful and surrounded by mountain views. Check-in was easy with heated parking garage and our host had a basket of treats and snacks waiting for us. Skiing was effortless with the ski-in/ski-out location and the Winter Park ski resort shops and restaurants are walking distance.

Amazing, Family Friendly Stay!

We greatly enjoyed our time at this property over the summer. The accommodations were incredibly spacious for my husband, our 3 year-old and I. The condo is beautifully furnished, cleanly and above and beyond in accommodations. All of our needs were anticipated and although we didn't need it, the property owners/managers assured they were available for contact. We will definitely be returning!

A fantastic condo in a great location with a stunning view!

This condo was spotlessly clean, welcoming and immaculate with modern furnishings to an excellent standard. There were special touches such as toiletries situated in each of the 2 bathrooms which are equipped to the newest and highest standards. A nice touch was that freshly roasted coffee beans and snacks were available in the condo. In addition, the kitchen facilities were excellent with all utilities required should you wish a quiet dining or fancy to cook a 7 course tasting menu yourself. The condo has 3 spacious bedrooms (master bedroom en-suite) with very comfortable beds. I stayed there on my own, but there is more than enough space for 6 people. So, I would love to come back and visit with my family. Being there on my own, I really appreciated the fact that cable TV and Wireless was available. Host communication is superb – from immediate initial contact, to instructions beforehand, to a message during the stay to check out everything was great! And it is indeed a great location in the heart of the Winter Park mountains. Ideal for hiking, biking, skiing, fly fishing or any kind of outdoor activity . I would highly recommend this host and the condo to anyone. I would definitely love to stay again. 5 Star Rating!!!
