Our 1940s farmhouse was totally renovated last year and has a bathroom with a large rainhead shower. The kitchen was remodeled with new appliances as well as a new instant water heater and new HVAC. The farmhouse has 100-year-old recycled beams and floors. Newly remodeled 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Office with a fold-out couch. Eat-in kitchen with all new appliances. Double oven range, vintage refrigerator, dishwasher. Patio dining with outdoor grill and griddle. The gathering space features a chiminea with a pizza oven. Although quiet and somewhat secluded, it is only a ten-minute drive to downtown Franklin on paved roads with easy year-round access.
