Tracy Don’t stay here!

I stayed here April 5-14. There were issues right away. I picked this property for the heated pool, hot tub and two minute walk to the beach. The pool was dirty and not heated. There is no hot tub and the beach is 1.5 miles away. I promptly called the owner and told him the pool was not heated. He said it showed it was 85 on his remote access. I called or texted every day to let him know about the pool (I bought a pool thermometer) and was lied to every time. He kept saying a tech was coming out or there was nothing wrong. One day while we were out, he said a tech was over and found nothing wrong. The next morning a tech came by and said the compressor was broke. A few days later, another tech came by again. Tony kept giving excuses and the problem was never fixed. When asked about the hot tub, he denied it was listed even though I have a screen shot of it. There are no shops, restaurants, water sports or bathrooms at the beach. Parking is $10/hr and very limited. We also got ding dong ditched our first night and made us feel unsafe. This owner and house are awful. There are plenty of places to rent in Naples that have an honest owner and true amenities.

Nice updated house drive or bike to beach

The booking process and check in was great. Tony was attentive and helpful when we arrived. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beach was further away than expected, but parking was easy and we did bike there 1 day. Vanderbilt beach is 1.5 miles away with easy parking nearby. We rented this house because of the outdoor space and pool. I read another review i. February that the pool was not heated/clean, so I specifically asked for it to be cleaned and heated before we arrived. It was not clean or heated, although Tony said he remotely controlled the heat at 85 degrees. Due to the Easter holiday, he said the pool guy was behind and would come after the holiday. He never responded when asked about the pool cleaner. Finally, after asking for an update on our last day, he sent the pool cleaner who cleaned the pool and confirmed that the pool was not heating. Another friend of the host came over and confirmed the heater was not on. I was really disappointed and wished that it could have been resolved after a 5 day stay. I never got in the pool even after trying to clean it myself 3 times including the filter. Other than that issue, the house was fully stocked and has comfortable beds.

Comfortable home in North Naples

A good location in North Naples near Vanderbilt beach and about 20 minutes to downtown Naples. The pool was nice and we spent a lot of time in the covered outdoor space. The house was equipped with beach and pools toys, and plenty of towels. There were snacks and Tony had plenty of recommendations for us to explore. Thanks for a great stay!
