About this property

Cozy new England style cottage Right on Wine and Beer Trail

Cozy all season New England-style cottage that sleeps 7 overnight . Fire pit, gas grill, wifi, gas-fireplace for winter days. A/C and ceiling fans for those extremely hot days. Covered boat hoist and expanded 100'dock. Eat in kitchen has some spices . Centrally located right on the wine and beer trail. Smart TV for streaming favorite movies. A very tranquil property, winter or summer. 6 miles to boat launch and boat rentals. Very central to all the lakes winery's. Linens provided. Great cell phone service. Covered outdoor grill area and covered deck area, for rainy days.
Seperate fire pits , dock, kayaks, and paddle boat are shared with our Bungalow rental.
Pets are allowed as long as $50. pet fee is paid to cover extra cleaning. We have to wash furniture top covers after.

We had such a wonderful stay at your lake house. Super cute and super clean. Beautiful view of the lake and a beautiful area. Walking trails and waterfalls everywhere. Wineries, breweries and cideries were very close. The people in the area were extremely friendly. Timothy was very quick with answering any questions - very easy to work with. We needed a relaxing vacation and that's exactly what we got! Loved it.

Absolutely stunning view of the lake, especially with the room that has the two beds. Kayaking on the lake was very fun. The kitchen is nice. Stocked fairly well with utensils to cook. Fresh, clean, fluffy towels. Parking situation was a little confusing. There are three total parking spots, but for this rental only two total are dedicated for it, meaning 2 cars. One car spot is for the bungalow. There is a green patch of grass next to the railroad tracks, next to the home that you would have to park any additional cars (fits about 2 SUVS, maybe 3 small sedans). If you have more vehicles I'm not sure where they would go, but we only had four so it worked out for us. The fire pit is at the edge of the lake and it's very buggy down there. We ended up just utilizing the awesome fireplace in the living room instead. Very lovely stay and wish could of stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage right on Seneca Lake! Amazing views of the lake from the glider on the dock, outdoor deck and indoor porch.Ideal location close to Geneva which afforded us the opportunity to discover new favorite breweries and wineries. Pet friendly too as our dog loved wading in the lake shore. Starting the day with sunrises to star gazing at night we are already looking forward to staying there next summer
