Enjoy our grassy fenced-in backyard with large deck, fire pit, the hot tub and pool - (seasonal ONLY)! Includes towels. Private parking for 2+ cars. Quick walk or bike to the beach!

Single story, single family home on large 6,000+ sq foot, grassy, fenced in private lot 1/2 mile to beautifully pristine North Beach. The yard is not shared and is all yours for relaxing.

Plenty of room to move around and sleep but NOT tall enough to STAND UP
• Kitchen - Full kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need to cook a meal. Pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses.
• Dining - Farmhouse table that seats 6. Bar Stools at kitchen counter for two.
• Bathroom - Full bathroom with waterfall shower-head and jetted tub.
• Living Room - Large couch, fireplace, washer/dryer, TV with apps included. Wi-Fi
included with rental!
• Outside/Yard - Large deck with propane Weber Grill. Dining set for 6 with umbrella which steps down onto the patio. Patio has fire pit. Just off the patio is the cozy hot tub. At the other end of the yard is a 15' round frame pool perfect for floating around on the rafts or taking a quick dip to cool off!
• Parking - Driveway fits up to 4 cars.
You'll have full access to the entire house, fenced in yard, pool, hot tub, and parking.

Closet in main bedroom will be locked.

Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and very friendly. You will see dog walkers and kids biking around the circle. At the end of the street turn left to see the ocean and make your way to North Beach - a tranquil, family-friendly beach. If you want more entertainment, head south to the main beach for more restaurants, shops, concerts, arcades, etc. (about 10 minutes by bike if you don't want to pay to park there!)
Local restaurants (Las Olas Taqueria, The Galley Hatch) and stores (CVS, Rite Aid) are just a 5 minute drive away. Hannaford is 7 minutes. Hampton is 1 hour north of Boston, 20 minutes south of Portsmouth and 35 minutes east of Manchester.
Uber and cabs are available in Hampton. The area is perfect for getting around by walking and biking. North beach and the main beach have paid parking.
