This Black Hills vacation rental is unique and really is in a beautiful location! It's a comfy and cozy place for you and up to 3 more friends/family? Look no more as "The ‘Barn" is the perfect spot for smaller groups. Located at the south end of Spearfish Canyon and walking distance to Cheyenne Crossing restaurant, you’ll enjoy paved road access but still have plenty of privacy. The open lot offers plenty of parking for trailers filled with your snowmobiles and ATVs and easy access to the local trail systems. GARAGE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STURGIS RALLY.

Inside this newly built gem, you'll find a modern kitchen, a comfortable living area with flat screen TV, one bedroom, and a full bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed while the living room includes a couch and a blow-up air mattress. Outside you'll find a nice covered porch with outdoor furniture to enjoy the scenery and wildlife.

Location is a bonus - with Spearfish Canyon right out your front door, Deadwood only 15 minutes, the canyon drive to Spearfish may be the best drive in the country, Sturgis is 30 minutes and you can see Mount Rushmore, Keystone, and Custer in an hour. The Barn Experience

Very quiet setting just far enough away from town. Beautiful setting close to the creek in the valley with deer wondering about.

Black Hills Vacation Retreat

The Barn was a perfect place for 2 people. It was in a great location on a paved road, easily accessible, and had all the amenities needed for our stay. There was a slight problem when we arrived, but the property manager & owner quickly resolved the issue! We would definitely recommend The Barn to a couple looking for a place to stay in the Black Hill close to Lead & Deadwood, SD. (The only suggestion we have is the bed could use a new mattress & pillows.)

Perfect Hideaway in the Canyon

"The Barn" was a perfect location in the canyon, also close to Deadwood and Lead. Easy to find and plenty of parking. The guide provided a couple days prior gives you all the information you need regarding checkin etc and all in one convenient location. It was a very clean place with all the amenities you need to cook a full meal including a gas grill. It was just my husband and I, but could setup air mattress in living area for 1 or 2 more. Spent evenings on the patio taking in all the pines and the family of deer that visit nightly. Appreciated the Dark Canyon coffee sample. Needless to say..i am hooked. Will be scheduling our next stay around the availablity of this place. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Location

The location is wonderful! The Barn was nice, cute and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice, and the washer/dryer was a plus. The only challenge was the driveway looks longer in pictures. We had a trailer and it was tight fit. Also, it was a bit odd that a handyman was working on the outside of the building all day without any communication to us. We loved our stay and would stay again!
