Cottage 4 - This is the third connected cottage with a private courtyard. It features 1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed and a Double Bed (privacy curtain between them). There is a loft with two twins suitable for children, is accessible by ladder upon request at no charge. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided) and a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 4 adults. We are pet friendly with a $50 per pet cleaning fee. We have a strict no aggression policy.

Could not have been more perfect

Though I did not stay there myself, the cabins were the perfect spot to house various branches of my family. Long distance communication with Melissa and the in-person interactions with the lovely staff on site was all easy, timely, clear, smart, friendly & very sympathetic when an issue arose with one of the visiting pets. These are the nicest people in the world, and well as fabulous hosts and managers. The cabins themselves are perfect: clean, cozy, full of lakeside character. Lots of amenities. Beautiful grounds. Honestly, could not think of a more perfect spot. Top recommendations!

Wendy and Melissa are from the area and have always loved spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee. We believe in providing the kind of experience we would expect as guests. We are a pet friendly property because we have four dogs of our own and rescue hospice seniors. Of course the safety of our guests is paramount so no aggressive pets will be tolerated.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property the first time we visited. It reminded us of the kind of place our huge family would like to stay at. It is not far from our summer home and we look forward to embracing traditions while offering modern amenities.
